Prioritize insole length, side profile, sole shape, batch notes, and QC photos from more than one angle.
Kakobuy spreadsheet categories
Categories make a messy sheet easier to use. Pick the product lane first, then compare similar items together before opening product links.

Pick the type of item first. Each card opens the closest FindsIndex category.
How to choose the right category
Use the product type to decide what evidence matters most before you open more rows.
Look for measurements, fit notes, fabric weight, sleeve or chest width, and whether photos show the full garment.
Check hardware, stitching, strap length, interior photos, logo placement, and whether the seller notes mention flaws.
Small items need close-up photos, material notes, sizing context, and clear color or finish information.
Confirm compatibility, plug type, model number, battery restrictions, warranty expectations, and shipping limitations.
If a spreadsheet has too many rows, open the category first and use saved rows only as a shortlist.
| When you see | Open the category if | Skip the row if |
|---|---|---|
| Many similar sneaker rows | You need side-by-side photos, sizing context, or fresher alternatives. | There are no QC photos or insole measurements. |
| A clothing row with a low price | You need measurements, fabric detail, or fit comparison. | The row only has a cropped thumbnail and no size notes. |
| A bag or accessory find | You want close-ups of hardware, texture, packaging, and stitching. | The seller context is missing or the photos hide key details. |
| An electronics item | You need compatibility, weight, battery, and shipping checks. | The model, variant, or power requirements are unclear. |
